Senior Product Manager
We’re partnering with a well-funded, high-growth AI infrastructure company serving major media organizations. The platform enables enterprises to deploy secure, governed, production-grade AI and agentic workflows directly within their cloud environments and alongside their data.
This is a highly visible, customer-facing product role for an AI-native product leader who can turn ambiguous problems into validated product direction, working prototypes, and shipped products.
The opportunity
As Senior Product Manager (Remote, with significant customer-facing time in New York City), you will operate at the intersection of frontier AI, enterprise software, and media-agency transformation. You’ll work closely with engineering and design while engaging directly with senior customer stakeholders to understand workflows, identify high-value opportunities, and drive solutions from early concept through adoption.
This is not a documentation-only PM position. The ideal candidate uses AI daily for research, synthesis, analysis, drafting, and rapid prototyping—and can create functional demos using agentic coding tools before engineering commits production resources.
What you’ll do
- Discover customer workflows, pain points, and jobs-to-be-done across media, marketing, and agency environments.
- Identify where AI and agentic automation can create meaningful operational or strategic value.
- Convert customer insight into clear product direction, requirements, prototypes, and prioritization decisions.
- Build rapid, working demos with AI-assisted and agentic coding tools to test concepts with customers and internal teams.
- Lead cross-functional product development with engineering and design from concept through launch, iteration, and adoption.
- Present and demo new capabilities to senior customer leaders, gathering feedback that shapes roadmap and product strategy.
- Make fast, high-quality product decisions in an environment where requirements and priorities evolve as the company learns.
- Build credibility with technical teams internally and executive stakeholders externally.
- Help define the product strategy and operating model of a rapidly scaling AI company.
What we’re looking for
- Demonstrated success shipping high-quality software products in increasingly senior product roles.
- A deeply AI-native workflow: you regularly use AI for research, analysis, writing, synthesis, and prototype development.
- Hands-on ability to create functional product demos with agentic coding tools; you do not need to wait for an engineer to validate an idea.
- Strong ownership mentality and comfort moving ambiguous, partially defined initiatives forward independently.
- Technical foundation in computer science, engineering, design, or a closely related discipline.
- The ability to work effectively with senior engineers and designers while maintaining enough technical depth to earn their trust.
- Strong product judgment and the ability to distinguish promising directions from weak ones quickly.
- Excellent customer-facing communication skills, including the executive presence to lead strategic conversations and product demos.
- Experience in an AI startup, AdTech, MarTech, enterprise AI, or data-product environment is strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with media-agency operations, programmatic advertising, marketing analytics, or related workflows is a plus.
- Willingness to spend substantial time with customers in New York City.
Preferred background
- Experience launching LLM-powered products, agent experiences, evaluation systems, or AI-native workflow tools.
- Public examples of AI-native building, such as prototypes, MCP servers, open-source work, technical writing, or product demonstrations.
- Prior experience in early-stage or rapidly scaling startup environments.
- Experience working directly with enterprise customers and executive stakeholders.
Why consider this role
- Join a small, accomplished team building production AI systems for large enterprise customers.
- Take meaningful ownership over product direction, customer outcomes, and market-facing innovation.
- Work in an environment where rapid prototyping and agentic development are core operating practices—not side experiments.
- Receive competitive compensation, substantial equity, and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and generous PTO.
Work authorization in the United States is required.
